Statistics Requests
Statistics regarding property crimes, disorder, domestic conflict, drugs, weapons and youth crime are published on the Calgary Police statistical reports page and the Community Safety Dashboard.
For detailed or custom data, submit your request via the media line well in advance of your deadline.
Ride-along requests
Ride-alongs are subject to officer availability and require:
- A clear story focus
- Completion of forms and a Police Information Check

Documentary and Long-Form Requests
The Calgary Police Service receives numerous requests to participate in documentaries, podcasts and other long-form productions.
Due to resource constraints and privacy considerations, not all requests can be accommodated. All proposals are reviewed as promptly as possible.
