The Calgary Police Service (CPS) is committed to reviewing its programs, policies and practices and dedicating resources to anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion work, with a goal of delivering more equitable and inclusive service to all Calgarians.
While equity, diversity and inclusion work has been ongoing in the CPS, the Service made a formal commitment in September 2020 to prioritize these efforts.
