- Leave a message with your name and phone number.
- A PSS member will return your call within three business days to discuss your compliment.
- Note: All phone lines in the Professional Standards Section are recorded.

- Promote Equity and Fairness: Identify and address any disparities or biases in our policing practices. By understanding how different groups are affected, we can work to ensure that all community members are treated equitably and with respect.
- Ensure Accountability: Monitor our performance and align practices with community expectations. It also helps us respond effectively to community concerns and improve our services.
- Support Policy Development: Use data to create inclusive and responsive policies.
- Build Community Trust: Foster transparency in how we collect and use this data and build trust between law enforcement and the communities we serve. We are dedicated to using this information responsibly and ensuring that it supports our goal of serving everyone fairly.
Providing this data is voluntary and not required to file a compliment.
